Our Operating Model
India's Electricity Act 2003
introduced structural changes to the power industry, permitting
private investment for the first time since 1948. This allowed
power producers to sell power directly to industrial consumers
under the Group Captive model.
OPG has been a pioneer in
developing the Group Captive model which allows the flexibility to
